I have been working in gastronomy since I was 15 years old. I have gained experience from working for Prague hotels in various positions. Today I know that sales fulfills me the most. When selling, the most important thing for me is to trust the product I offer, and the Zátiší Group meets this requirement 100%.

I have been working at Zátiší Group, with some short breaks, since 2000, and I moved to Fresh & Tasty from Zátiší Catering. I enjoy working in gastronomy, so it's great to be surrounded by people who feel the same. I admire the dynamic rise of the Fresh & Tasty division and I'm happy to be part of this team now. I look forward to creating attractive office catering offers for you and for my colleagues.

Romana Maláčová

Operation Manager

My journey at Zátiší Group began more than 15 years ago in the catering at Žofín, from where I gradually worked my way up to my current position as Head of Corporate Canteen at Fresh and Tasty. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of different operations and projects, which keeps me fulfilled and motivated every day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on outdoor trips, playing board games and enjoying the theatre.

Gian Luca Giardi

Project and Innovation Manager

I cooked for ten years in the Fresh & Tasty kitchen. During that time, we expanded into a full-fledged division that requires a comprehensive approach and deep data analysis. The economics of the operation are just as important as well-cooked food. I control and calculate budgets and costs and constantly look at the efficiency of the entire operation. I have replaced the wooden spoon with a computer.

Gastronomy has opened the door to a world where work is not only a duty, but also fun. For 15 years I have been part of the Zátiší Group team, where I have held several different positions. The Fresh & Tasty division and the school catering area was a professional challenge for me, which I gladly accepted. I have a great respect for the impact that food has on the development of young people and working in this area allows me to contribute to their health and education.
